Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased from Adyskool Media. Because our services are customised and time-based, please read it carefully before making a payment.

1. Cancellation

• Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice by email to info@adyskoolmedia.shop.
• One-time projects (such as a website or creative package) can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund.

2. Refunds

• Before work starts: 100% refund of the service fee paid.
• After work has started: refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting the value of work already completed and delivered.
• Completed and delivered work: not eligible for a refund.
• Advertising spend paid to Meta, Google or any other platform is governed by that platform's policies and cannot be refunded by Adyskool Media.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@adyskoolmedia.shop with your name, invoice/payment details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 working days.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or bank account.
